ANZAC Day / Camporee

Dear Pathfinders and Parents
1. CAMPOREE
What an amazing time we had at Camporee! 53 Wahroonga Pathfinders, including Pathfinders, Staff and Cooks enjoyed beautiful weather, challenging and fun activities; camping, hilarious and yet totally inspiring worships. Thankyou to all who came, donated their Easter break to caring for the kids, and those who supported from home by trusting us with your kids! We all had a blast and were totally blessed from it!
Get ready for the next Camporee 2019!
2. ANZAC DAY
Our Pathfinder club will participate in the Wahroonga ANZAC day service at the Wahroonga Cenotaph (Cnr Millewa & Illoura Ave).
This is a very important community event. We will march with the Returned Servicemen and Women along the road to the Cenotaph.
When: April 25 at 06:45 am
Where: Wahroonga Park near the amenities building
Wear: Full dress uniform
(your Akubra will be handed to you on the morning)
This is a dress uniform event only
Many women and men gave the ultimate sacrifice so that we could have our freedom today.
Come and pay your respects on Tuesday morning.

We have a brand new web site with heaps of information www.wahroongapathfinders.org.au. The first page has our most recent emails (great when you can't find the last email!) and our calendar so you can easily check the time and place for all events throughout the year. The whole site is full of great information such as where to sew badges on Dress Uniforms - a lot of us check that out the night before ANZAC Day!
